Refund and Exchange policy

REFUNDS, CANCELLATIONS, EXCHANGES, AND RETURNS

At NOOL AADAI, every product is created with a great deal of love and attention. Unevenness in texture and colour is a lovely feature of natural hand-made processes rather than a flaw especially in block prints, hand paints and hand dyed products.

Exchange

Any purchase can be replaced if the goods have a stipulated type of damage. We will give you a three-month shop credit if your exchange is approved. When selecting your goods, please pay attention to the colours, patterns, and add-ons before making a purchase. For any questions concerning fit, size, or fabric, please contact our customer service via email at hello@noolaadai.com.

Goods purchased through the internet can only be exchanged for a replacement or store credit provided they fulfil our terms and conditions.

Returns

Before shipment, every order is subjected to a thorough quality inspection. If, however, you happen to get a damaged product, please contact us at hello@noolaadai.com within three days of receiving the purchase to let us know that you would want to replace it. We recommend you to take a video while unpacking.

Any images supplied will help to speed up the process. Clothing supplied without previous email will not be accepted. As soon as we get the mail, you will hear from us within 24 business hours. Please send the item to the address below as soon as you hear from us and we decide to swap.

Refunds

We do not provide refunds on any purchased products as per our policy. Once sold, the objects can be exchanged for replacements or credit notes if the criteria and restrictions are followed.

Store credit will be issued in the form of a special voucher of the same amount, valid for one use only. There will be a fee for the difference in the cost of the returned item. Only fulfilment problems, such as missed shipment, damaged, or missing products, are eligible for refund processing.

After we approve it, the money will be returned within a week.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Cancellations of orders

An order cannot be cancelled after 24 hours after placement, and no refunds will be issued to the purchaser.

Within 24 hours of making a purchase, you can cancel it by sending an email to hello@noolaadai.com or giving us a call at +91 99942 07231. Order cancellation refunds will be handled in accordance with the refund policy.

TERMS OF RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shipping charges resulting from a product return are not covered by NOOL AADAI. Please be aware that any additional duties, taxes, or fees that may be incurred are not refundable. We won’t be liable for any loss or damage to carriers that you send us for exchange. Shipping will be handled by NOOL AADAI when we deliver your fixed pair.

Please make sure the item is in its original box and condition. Exchanges are not available for item(s) that are worn out or have visible wear. If the consumer uses or damages the goods, the NOOL AADAI team reserves the right to refuse returns.

The shipping time for a replacement or exchanged product will be the same as that of the original product. Products that are eligible for replacement or exchange should be returned to us within 7 days after delivery.

We would want the goods to be returned with all original documentation, including invoices.

Before completing any swaps, NOOL AADAI maintains the right to check the product’s condition.

Note that not every product may be returned or exchanged.

All sale products and custom-made orders are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Before making a purchase, please take the time to find out whether goods are returnable or refundable for store credit.

A piece cannot be exchanged twice.

Delivery Details

Deliver Time for customized order will be 7-10 working days from the order confirmation.

Ready stock will be dispatched within 1-2 days from the order confirmation
