A shipping charge of Rs.150 will be applicable to all domestic orders below Rs 2000. The charges will be waived off for an order value of Rs.2000 or above. 

Shipping charges for our international customers will be calculated during check out depending on the order value and dimensions of your order.

If you have received a damaged/defective/incorrect/incomplete order, kindly share an image/video of the same, and raise it with us within 48-72 hours of receiving the order. We request you to send us the order details and images for the item at hello@noolaadai.com Or contact us on 9994207231.

We will ship a replacement for the item, once the pickup is done.

In case you want to exchange any item from your order, you can raise an exchange request within 2 days of receiving the order through mail or whatsapp.

Once the product is picked up from your place, we will have an internal inspection for damage check and then issue a Credit Note for the product price and you can use the credit note to place the order for any item you like on the website. The Credit Note is valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

1. The return needs to be initiated within 2 days from the date of delivery.
2. Reason for exchanage should not be based on texture or colour or patterns
3. Item(s) of the order should not be used or damaged.
4. Tags of the items should be intact and not removed.
5. If the product is customized on your request or items on sale.
